green shakin and runnin.

Hey, Everybody! hope your day is going well so far!! Especially for those with the day off due to the holiday. Mister didn't get so lucky today. We miss him. But the good new is its semi warm today.. Okay, wonderful but warmer then its been in the past two months!! And the inversion is gone.. (for today) I just couldn't sit inside anymore.. and I had to run.. with this half marathon coming up I have got to start buckling down and get some training in.. So After a tough workout at GPP I bundled up the babies and we headed out for a little run around the neighborhood!
They both were snuggled nice and tight.

Such a better run.. compared to the dreadmill 

I kept it pretty quick because I think it was a little chilly for the babies to be out to long. But I ran a little over 2 miles. It felt good! 

After a great Run, It was time for lunch

I had a quick Green Monster

1 C. water
1.5 scoop of elite vanilla protein
2 handfuls of spinach
1/2 banana
5 ice cubes


While I sipped on that. The babies enjoyed some bananas and oatmeal.. The only way I can get them to love oatmeal is if I mix in some baby food with it.. Bananas  +  Oatmeal (mixed with water) is a hit with these two. they must love moms original breakfast just as much as she does ;)


More good news.. Its girls night.. and we are watching the BACHELOR.. don't judge me by the shows I watch.. you know the drama is worth the watch.. And Im bringing whole wheat cinnamon rolls..
time to get bakin!! 

Does anybody else get sucked into the bachelor to?

  2. I don't watch The Bachelor, but I love Parenthood, and...The Biggest Loser. :) I feel like a hypocrite when I have treats (like cinnamon rolls - I made them Monday!) when I watch The Biggest Loser. ha ha ha.
