Hey guys! Hope you all have had a great day today!
I have something exciting to share with you today!
I am a big fan of Fitmixer. They are an amazing company that puts people before profit! They are more then just a supplement company, they truly care about you and creating a healthy lifestyle for everyone.
They have a BOOTCAMP. The next one starts January 14, 2013!
It is the perfect way to jump into that news year resolution of being a fitter and stronger YOU!
Just so you know: I have not done a Fitmixer Boot Camp. I have seen some of the workouts from previous boot camps and they are AMAZING! I’m thinking about doing the January Boot camp myself, to shake up my routine a bit! If you sign up, please let me know! We could keep each other accountable and motivated going into the new year!
The Boot Camp is 8 weeks long. You will receive 5 different workouts each week through email --- which is a total of 40 different workouts! All of the workouts are done without equipment and have video tutorials linked to each one! They are all challenging but are also easily modified if you are just starting out on your fitness journey.
In addition to the workouts you will also get fitmixer product AND a nutrition plan with your registration! How awesome is that?!
Once the boot camp is over, you will still have access to the workouts, so you can do it again if you want or pick and choose your favorites!
Here is a quick run-down of everything you will receive:
This really is an AMAZING deal! You get a lot of bang for your buck!
On the fitmixer website you can check out some testimonials from past participants! All had amazing results and learned so much about a healthier lifestyle and living it!
Now, it’s time for a GIVEAWAY!!!

ReplyDeleteMy goal is to do my first Half Ironman (ideally two of them) in 2013, leading up to my first FULL Ironman in 2014! This would be a great way to rejuvenate my training after being sick for two weeks and losing my mojo. Who doesn't love a good butt-kickin'??

ReplyDeleteMy goal is to get back into the physical shape (not necessarily weight) that I as before my pregnancy. And I want to eat healthier. Having a child changed my whole life around and it has taken me a while to find myself again.

ReplyDeleteI had my second child 3 months ago and have found it difficult to get back into the shape I was before. But I am determined to push through this! My fitness goals are: to build back muscle and strength, start running again so I can start trail running in the spring, and to teach my kids the importance of having and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. The best way to do that is by example! Having structured workouts would be a great support.
