Peanut Butter Snack balls


Snack time is pretty interesting around my house.

Crackers end up smashed, yogurt turns into paint and animal crackers end up just talking to each other and then launched threw the air.

But Peanut Butter balls?

These are special, and are completely devoured.


We go through an entire jar of pb a week.

No. Lie.

My kids and husband LOVE peanut butter!

In their shakes, on toast, pancakes and even just in a bowl.


Bee will actually steal the jar and sit under the kitchen table with a spoon and just eat it. I have caught her in action at least 349 times.

BUT the same thing happens with the bag of chocolate chips..

Go figure.

That little girl IS my daughter.




  • 2 C. Old fashioned rolled oats
  • 2/3 C. Peanut butter
  • 1/3 C. Agave nectar
  • 2 Tbs. Ground Flax seed
  • 1 Tbs. Chia seeds
  • Optional: 3 Tbs. Protein Powder (your choice of flavor)
  • Option 2: Chocolate chips, carob chips, or raisins.


Put all ingredients into Blender- Oats FIRST.

Pulsity pulse pulse.

It will look like a really thick cookie dough.

Roll it into Tablespoon size balls and place in the fridge to chill for 20.

Store in the fridge!

These are AWESOME pre workout!  Grab and go! I will snag two on my way out the door for a hard workout or long run.



They are the best snack for my kids in the fact they actually get eaten.

Usually under the table.Winking smile
