dippity doo da.

Lay off me I'm starving... haha.. I don't know what happened.. but today I am SO hungry.. We all have days like this, I'm sure. But maybe it was running the half marathon, after the half I wasn't to hungry, yesterday I ate normal.. today.. I am a SNACK MONSTER..
I double taught this morning and even got the GPP workout in. But ate a good breakfast, recovery shake and some nut snackage..late lunch but not to late?  The monster grew even more later... so I decided, I needed some carbs, with protein and healthy fat to control the beast.
A little cottage, a little greek with some Peanut Butter..

Protein Fruit Dip was born.

..Protein Fruit Dip..

  • 1/2 C. vanilla greek yogurt
  • 1/2 C. cottage cheese
  • 2 Tbs. P.B
  • agave and cinnamon to taste.

Pour all the ingredients in your blender and blend on low/medium until smooth.

Transfer into a bowl

Grab and Fruit and tame the snack monster ;)

SO GOOD!!

If you ever have a snack attack like I did everyday today. Give this a whirl! It is almost dessert!
Have a great week!

  1. With all that exercise- no surprise you have a little monster in your tummy :). I get random bursts of hunger lately too- but that is probably because I do have a little monster in my tummy haha. This dip sounds fantastic. I'm all for anything involving Greek yogurt
