I double taught this morning and even got the GPP workout in. But ate a good breakfast, recovery shake and some nut snackage..late lunch but not to late? The monster grew even more later... so I decided, I needed some carbs, with protein and healthy fat to control the beast.
A little cottage, a little greek with some Peanut Butter..
Protein Fruit Dip was born.
..Protein Fruit Dip..
- 1/2 C. vanilla greek yogurt
- 1/2 C. cottage cheese
- 2 Tbs. P.B
- agave and cinnamon to taste.
Pour all the ingredients in your blender and blend on low/medium until smooth.
Transfer into a bowl
Grab and Fruit and tame the snack monster ;)
If you ever have a snack attack like I did
everyday today. Give this a whirl! It is almost dessert!
