Ready GO!
Breakfast
Classic Oatmeal.
- 1/2 C. Old fashioned oats
- 2 tsp Chia seeds
- handful of sliced almonds
- 1/2 Scoop vanilla protein (Dymatize Elite)
- Blueberries, Raspberries.
Lunch
Salad Beast
- Romaine lettuce
- Spinach
- 1/4 of a oversized sweet potato
- 1/2 sliced apple
- 7 Asparagus sticks
- Red bell pepper
- 4 oz grilled chicken
- Balsamic Vinagrette
And yes, that is a serving bowl. AND I killed it. Love love LOVE big salads like this. Fiber, Protein, Carb Veggie loaded and a little sweet on the side. I could eat this everyday.. oh wait.. I kind of do...
Dinner
BBQ Chicken Pizza/Hot Pocket
- Flat out whole wheat wrap
- BBQ sauce as desired
- Diced Grilled Chicken
- Purple onion
- Soy-Sation mozzarella "cheese"
Which I actually rolled up and ate like a ... HOT POCKET hahaha.. oh jim. you kill me.
Post Dinner.. I was still hungry..
Green Smoothie
- 1 cup Vanilla unsweetened almond milk
- 1 Scoop of Vanilla Whey Protein (Elite Dymatize)
- 7 or so ice cubes depending on your desired thickness --I like them thick!
- 2 handfuls of Spinach
- 1 tsp of xantham gum
- 1 tsp of Coconut + whatever I sprinkled on top for looks :)
Okay, so kind of like 4 meals and I bet you finished this in 1 minute.. unless you clicked and listened to Jim joke about hot pockets.. if you haven't you totally should.
