Pastaaaahhh..

Hey, a big thanks to everyone who gave me advice about t & b's immunizations, their appt is next week and I'll be sure to give them some motrin before and have binky or bottle in hand for after they get them to calm them down, and a warm bath when we get home.

Yesterday was such a fun and busy day! We went shopping for a few wedding gifts and hit up my cousins reception, It was beautiful! It was a perfect night for a reception, I had made dinner before so we wouldn't be hungry at the reception (to help avoid any treats there) and Oh my heck.. they only had the best and one of my favorite desserts!!   Slushee with ice cream, topped with whipping cream and a maraschino cherry.. Brent and I both opted for a glass of water. As hard as that was!  Silly me, forgot my camera, I was way bummed.. but I did get a few meals earlier.

Breakfast: (post workout): The Usual old fashioned oats, scoop of whey vanilla protein, a few almonds, some raspberries and blueberries.. can't beat it.

Lunch: Was on the go..
Ezekiel toast with almond butter and a protein shake: almond milk, vanilla elite whey, spinach, 1/2 banana & of course ice..

Dinner: 
..TOFU RIGATONI..
I sliced the tofu & marinated it in my fav balsamic vinaigrette dressing
and baked it at 400 for 15 minutes each side. 
Cooked the pasta drained and in a skillet with the veggies added hummus.

Easy peasy.. and DELICIOUS!! (I dislike pasta.. so I picked through and ate the veggies and tofu and a few noodles.) But the husband LOVES pasta so I make it just for him cause he deserves it.. and it makes for a easy dinner!

..Workout..

60 min of BODY COMBAT
Biceps: 
21's (7 bottom half's, 7 top half's, 7 full range)
Outside bicep curls 3 sets of 15 w/ 15lbs
Inside Curls 3 sets of 15 w/ 15lbs 
Triceps:
overhead extension 3 sets of 15 w/25lb face plate
Kick backs 3 sets of 12 w/ 15lb
Cable Pull 3 sets of 15 w/ 30lbs

I love working out in the morning, sure its hard to get out of my cozy bed, especially after a late night..But once I'm up, I'm up. You have to make the choice to get up early the night before.. no maybes or we'll sees Just tell yourself you WILL get up and do it! Then you have the rest of the day to do whatever!

Q. Do you like tofu?
This was honestly my first time making it, & We really liked it. Its different but a good change from chicken. I'll cook it again for sure.
