2013 workout!

I couldn’t think of a better way to start off year by putting together a 2013 workout for all of you!

This is a fun circuit that will give you a total body workout, it will keep your heart rate up and because there are “13” different movements so it will keep you from getting bored. Most of all you are guaranteed a get a good sweat!


20 reps of 13 different exercises, mixed with 2000 meters of running!! Get it? 2013!

So it is Day 2 into the new year, how are you all doing on your resolutions so far? Or was it just another oh-hum Wednesday?

So far I’m doing well! I even got a new book to start tonight!


It was recommended to me by kate! I can’t wait to start it! Have any of you read it?

I have gotten a few emails asking what I use to season my fish and chicken, I use Mrs. Dash! I love ALL of the flavors! They are my favorite because they give just the right amount of seasoning and it is salt-free!


These are the 3 I always have on hand. I use them on my eggs, in homemade guacomole, all meats, on my sweet potatoes when I make fries! They are so simple and flavorful!
