Whole Wheat Pumpkin Pancakes

Happy Sunday!

I’m happy to report it finally stopped snowing today.

It snowed for 53 hours straight I swear.

This morning when we finally got out of bed. Bee requested pancakes for breakfast and I was completely on board for that plan.

Much better then her idea to go the car wash and get ice cream yesterday. Did I mention it snowed ALL day yesterday?

Pancakes should always be mandatory on Sundays.

  1. Pancakes for breakfast any day is a great idea ;) Especially whenever they include pumpkin and fresh fruit! It's like dessert for breakfast... Yum!
