Happy Valentines Day!!

Happy Valentines day to all you lovebirds out there.. Or Happy single awareness day for all the single ladies!
This morning I woke up and prepared a breakfast for my valentine.

6 egg white & spinach Scramble topped with daiya mozzarella cheese served between a multigrain thin bun with a grapefruit! 

Delish! 

And in honor of VALENTINES.. 
Chocolate Covered Strawberries are a must!!!

Instead of using Dark Chocolate Kisses, This year I tested it with Adora Dark Chocolate Calcium Supplements! Worked like a charm! 

1 serving= 1 disc 30 cal.
It recommends up to 3 a day.
So if you make these make sure to watch your portion control ;) I'm not sure of the side effects of too much calcium ??...



I ate 3 right of the bat..

  1. I just ate my Adora for the day. So funny that you mention calcium overdose and whatnot, because I was bored on Sunday and so I read the back of the Adora package and was reading that you better not eat more than 3 in a day and to treat it as a dietary supplement. Haha, I have been known to eat 4 in a day.. WOOPS! P.S. Got your GP on my phone but haven't checked the blog email yet today, can't wait to check it out!
