Workout Round-up!

I have posted quite a few workouts this last little while and today I have been busting out house work like its nobody’s business because this is my only night home this week so I’m taking a cop-out tonight.

Here are a few of my favorite workouts to get you through the Wednesday Drag!








Now, pick your favorite to tackle and get to work!

Always keep that goal in your mind, and don’t ever let it go. No matter you fitness level, goals push us to work harder and give us the drive to “embrace the suck”!
