My blog is on crack.. I don't know what happened.. is it scrambled on everyone else's computer? I'll try and get it fixed.. sorry y'all :(

I am a mother

Becoming a mother was the best day of my life. In July 2010, I became a support, a friend, a mom to two beautiful children. Before I was a mom, I was an avid runner, fitness instructor and health advocate. When I became pregnant I continued my healthy habits and this is my journey back to my pre pregnancy shape.
My children are my inspiration, I strive for better health and strength not only for myself but for them.
A body of a mother is a beautiful thing! So what if you gained weight, or that skin on your belly isn't as tight as before. NO matter the shape, size, or number of stretchmarks! It created something that is irreplaceable and of the upmost beauty.
So, To all your mothers out there, always look at the positive and never forget what you created. You can always bounce back. Heres how I'm doing it. If you need help just follow along :)
