Still running, just not pushing things. I am trying ot keep my fitness up in other ways - weights, more power walks, yoga, etc. I would love to hear what you did to stay in shape during your pregnancy and also your post-pregnancy workout plan. Thanks!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6039088330012769912.post-80475547461872661092011-10-05T02:45:34.537-07:002011-10-05T02:45:34.537-07:00Thanks- I need to remember to slow down and gradua...Thanks- I need to remember to slow down and gradually build up!Bekkihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02231185527687320985noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6039088330012769912.post-1973727556705247722011-10-04T22:01:29.387-07:002011-10-04T22:01:29.387-07:00I don't have a specific goal on my running rig...I don't have a specific goal on my running right now. Ideally I'd like to be able to run every single one of my legs on the Las Vegas Ragnar, but I don't want to disappoint myself if I have to stop and walk (I volunteered for the hardest legs). But I also have a goal to do my first full marathon in May 2012 (Ogden Marathon). I'm excited!

I run because like you, it is something that I have grown to love. It is also very theraputic for me. Running is what I can do when I am feeling stressed/depressed/anxious and have my thoughts to myself. It's also something I feel like I'm good at.Arahttp://arasweightloss.blogspot.comnoreply@blogger.com
